There were many public meetings with the Kennett Township Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors. As is standard practice, the proposed plan was reviewed against the Township’s land use regulations and the PA Municipalities Planning Code,” said Kennett Township Manager Eden Ratliff on Wednesday.
“The role of the township is to review land development plans against Township codes to ensure compliance and cohesion within the existing community. This is an objective process designed to allow for thoughtful economic development in our community. Resident participation in the land development review process is always encouraged,” he said.
“The Board of Supervisors continues to appreciate the community’s engagement,” the township manager said, “including with the Vytal Options project approval.”
