Eats & Clean Streets Initiative Helps Businesses Combat Litter

Did you know food packaging is second only to cigarette butts in littered items worldwide? For that reason, Keep Arkansas Beautiful has a new initiative, Eats & Clean Streets, to help Arkansas businesses join in on the fight to combat litter in The Natural State.

The Eats & Clean Streets initiative provides businesses that sell any type of to-go food with signage they can install on their properties to remind customers to not litter their business property or our state. This initiative is open to all sit-down restaurants, fast-food restaurants, gas stations and convenience stores.

If your business would like to join this initiative, you can complete this form to request your free signage.

Along with the items you select within the form, you will also receive anti-litter pledge coloring sheets to distribute to kids, sample marquee messaging and social media posts.

Businesses such as Big Red Stores, Blackmon Oil, Inc., Chick-fil-A (West Memphis), Chick-fil-A (7th & Broadway), McDonald’s (Harrison), Slim Chickens of Arkansas, Potbelly Sandwiches (Little Rock) and Picken’s Store are already early partners in the Eats & Clean Streets initiative.
